Descendants of Mexican-American singer, Jenni Rivera, allegedly died in a plane crash. As reported by Reuters news agency, a woman who never won a Latin Grammy Award nominations, it became one of the victims of the accident aircraft Learjet that crashed in the Mexico, Sunday, December 9, 2012 local time.
Plane carrying Rivera disappeared from radar about 99.7 kilometers from Monterrey. Director General of Civil Aviation Authority of Mexico, Alejandro Argudin ensure that there are no survivors in the crash that occurred at Iturbide, the northern Monterrey.
However, the Minister of Transport and Communications of Mexico, Gerardo Ruiz Esparza has not been able to confirm the death of Rivera. The reason is, there is little left of the plane.
"It's very regrettable. Aircraft was so devastated that no one can be recognized," he told local television.
Forensic experts arrived at the command post built near the Mexican Federal Police crash site.
Meanwhile, a special investigation will be conducted to identify the remains of the aircraft and passengers.
